A Guide to Practical AI Solutions for Non-Technical Professionals
Co-authored with Oscar Garcia · Apress / Springer Nature
Introduction to AI Implementation for Managers is a book built from three disciplines: Engineering × Organizational psychology × Product design. It examines how successful AI implementation works: the structure, the people, and the decisions made before anyone opens a tool. Grounded in research, real cases, and the authors’ own experience, it gives leaders and experts a practical framework for building the foundations that make AI create value.

About me
I work at the intersection of AI enablement, engineering transformation, and organizational change. In my current role at a global fintech SaaS company, I turn strategic goals into adoption, better workflows, and measurable operational impact.
Over the past ten years I’ve led cross-functional work across engineering, delivery, and transformation — from large-scale operational environments at Deutsche Bahn to fintech SaaS across 20+ teams at LucaNet. Along the way: a post-M&A integration of 40+ experts, an on-prem-to-SaaS transformation, and a nationwide quality network I founded that became an advisory body to senior management.
My background combines engineering with business psychology. It lets me work across technical and business contexts, connect with both developers and executives, and move change from idea to execution with empathy, structure, and a strong focus on impact. Certified across the spectrum from waterfall to agile — PRINCE2, Professional Scrum Master II, Certified Agile Transformation Manager, Microsoft AI Transformation Leader — I work in German, English, and Russian.

But you will probably attend a daily-standup funeral. Why the agentic SDLC isn't Agile's guillotine moment — we're mixing up mindset with tooling. From a conversation with Pranav at Plandek.
